Sparrow Swamp Baptist Church offers many opportunities for Bible study, worship, fellowship, and personal growth.  You are invited to join us at any or all of these times.  

The third Wednesday of each month is family night.  It is a time of fellowship around the supper table as each family brings a covered dish meal.

Chinese Ministry

The Chinese Church began in 1997 through the cooperation of the South Carolina Baptist Convention, the Florence Association, the Williamsburg Association, the Chinese Christian Church of Columbia, Calvary Baptist Church, Elim Baptist Church, Lake City Baptist Church, and Sparrow Swamp Baptist Church.  They began with a weekly Bible study at the Sparrow Swamp parsonage and worshiped twice a month in the Calvary Baptist Church Chapel.

The church presently meets at Greenwood Baptist Church, located off Pamplico Highway.  Now meeting every Sunday, Bible study begins at 9:45 and worship begins at 10:45 a.m. A fellowship meal is enjoyed together on the first Sunday of each month.  The church has an average of 25 in attendance.  It is composed of both Taiwanese Chinese and Mainland Chinese.  All Chinese are invited to participate.
