Stan Sullivan, Pastor
Stan has served Sparrow Swamp as pastor since July, 1992. A native of Kershaw, SC, Stan received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina, majoring in Business Management. He received a Master of Religious Education degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Sparrow Swamp is his second pastorate. Previously he was pastor of the Phillips Mill Baptist Church in Washington, GA, for six and one-half years. He also served as Minister of Music and Youth at Glenwood Heights Baptist Church in Lancaster, SC, for three years. He is married to the former Donna Teal of Camden, SC. Perry H. Stokes, Minister of Music
Perry has directed music at Sparrow Swamp since 1977. He is a native of Timmonsville and is a graduate of Francis Marion University. Perry teaches at Timmonsville High School and coaches football, girls basketball, and baseball. He is married to the former Deb Joyner of Timmonsville. They have two children, Kendra and Heath.
